Yogacircles offers opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to come together in a safe and friendly space to both energise and relax body and mind.
I regularly run workshops in and around Oxford. Last year I ran a series of seasonal workshops focusing on the five vayus, (energy flows) with friend and fellow yoga teacher Alison Partridge.
