Yogacircles offers opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to come together in a safe and friendly space to both energise and relax body and mind.

Yoga Workshops

I regularly run workshops in and around Oxford. Last year I ran a series of seasonal workshops focusing on the five vayus, (energy flows) with friend and fellow yoga teacher Alison Partridge.

“I enjoy the explanations at the beginning of the practice as it focuses my thoughts on particular parts of my body during the lesson. I find I think about how I am breathing and like when I manage to link my breath to the movements. I feel comfortable going at my own pace, and value the adjustments you suggest to help me relax in the pose. I notice as the days turn into weeks I am more bendable and stretchable. I like the background music as it focuses the mind and helps me to hold a pose longer. I feel a sense of achievement when I reach relaxation!”
